Refund policy

We have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. After this period, return requests will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only for the following manufacturing defects or damage during transit: stitching failure, fabric damage, or damage caused during shipping, evidenced by damaged outer packaging. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect size or color selection — please check our Size Chart before ordering.

Unboxing video is mandatory. Without video proof, we will be unable to process any claim for defects or damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping is free. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address once your return request is approved. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Color Disclaimer: Product colors may slightly vary depending on your screen type or screen settings.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items with 50% discount or above.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund amount.
