Shipping policy

Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days. Please note that orders are not processed on public holidays, which may affect the shipping timeline.

 

Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 working days from the date of order confirmation. In exceptional circumstances such as public holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen delays, delivery may take up to 6-10 working days or longer. Shresho is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a convenience fee of ₹50 will be added at checkout.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use this link to track your order in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 4 working days of your order confirmation, contact us at contact@shresho.com.

 

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will make additional attempts to deliver your order. The number of attempts depends on the courier partner assigned to your order. We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

 

Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, a refund will be initiated for the product amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
